This not Mars but Eye

49 yr old female, came with complaints of diminution of vision in both, more in morning, photophobia, lacrimation.On examination on slit lamp endothelial guttae seen, corneal decompensation.Vision in both eyes 6/36 not improving. Slit lamp photograph done with dilated eye on retroillumination .
