Sub macular perfluorocarbon liquid (fundus & OCT image)

pseudophakic 55-year-old male who presented with total retinal detachment with a superotemporal break, underwent a 23-G PFCL-assisted pars plana
vitrectomy with silicone oil injection.
Although retina was well attached, a dome-shaped elevation was noted beneath fovea with well-defined cyst-like hyporeflective lesion in OCT.
