This photo was clicked on Anterior segment slit lamp imaging system in August 2021. This Pateint 50 year male underwent Pterygium excision with conjunctival Limbal autograft and following which he developed granuloma formation after 2 weeks. this granuloma was excised and histopathology confirmed the same
